About the Role
WLP Recruitment is proud to partner with a dynamic and forward-thinking client headquartered in London, seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and evolve their IT operations during a period of exciting transformation.
As IT Manager, you will be the strategic and operational lead for all things tech ensuring infrastructure, systems, and security frameworks align with business goals. Youll manage a small but skilled team and liaise with senior leadership to deliver IT initiatives that drive innovation and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the companys IT infrastructure (on-prem and cloud-based).

Lead IT strategy planning, budgeting, and execution.

Manage IT support operations and ensure minimal downtime.

Maintain robust cybersecurity protocols and risk assessments.

Partner with department heads to deliver scalable tech solutions.

Lead vendor negotiations and third-party relationships.

Ensure compliance with GDPR and other regulatory standards.
Requirements

Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar leadership role.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and cybersecurity.

Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Experience with hybrid working environments and remote IT support.

Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
