Salary: £35,000 £45,000 base + Uncapped Commission (OTE £65K£80K+)

WLP Recruitment is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing FinTech/payment solutions company in London, looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Account Executive to join their commercial team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a booming industry, selling innovative payment and merchant services to SMEs, retailers, and growing e-commerce brands.
Role Overview:
Youll be responsible for generating new business, nurturing warm leads, and developing long-term relationships with clients in the retail and payments sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and close new business opportunities (inbound & outbound)

Sell payment solutions including POS, card processing & e-commerce integration

Meet monthly sales targets and KPI objectives

Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless onboarding & support
What We're Looking For:

13 years of B2B sales experience (FinTech, SaaS, or Payments preferred)

Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets

Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills

A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Experience using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
