WLP Recruitment is proud to be supporting a well-respected, family-run care home in Leeds, in the search for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join their clinical team.

This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a homely, person-centred environment, providing excellent nursing care to elderly residents, including those with dementia and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality clinical care in line with NMC standards

• Administer medications and monitor care plans

• Lead shifts and support care staff in day-to-day operations

• Liaise with families, GPs, and external professionals

• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safeguarding standards

Requirements:

• Active NMC registration as RGN or RMN

• Passion for elderly and dementia care

• Ability to lead, motivate, and support a care team

• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills

• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
