About the Role

We're working with a respected organisation looking to appoint a strategic HR Business Partner to support their growth and people initiatives. You'll act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, drive employee engagement, and help shape people policies across multiple sites.

This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll balance day-to-day HR support with strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers to deliver on workforce planning, talent, and retention strategies

  • Support complex ER cases, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes

  • Lead on performance management, coaching and employee engagement initiatives

  • Drive diversity and inclusion and support wellbeing programmes

  • Help develop HR policies and ensure compliance with UK employment law

  • Collaborate on L&D and succession planning projects

About You

  • Proven HRBP or senior HR generalist experience

  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice

  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and challenging decisions where needed

  • CIPD Level 5 (or above) preferred

  • Flexible, pragmatic and able to influence at all levels
