Role Overview:

As a Store Manager, you'll lead your team to success, drive store performance, ensure clinical compliance, and provide an exceptional customer journey from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the optical store

• Lead, coach, and develop team members

• Drive sales performance and hit KPIs

• Ensure exceptional patient and customer service

• Maintain GOC and NHS compliance standards

• Manage stock, rotas, and in-store marketing

What Were Looking For:

• Previous experience in optical retail management

• Commercially focused and KPI-driven

• Great leadership and communication skills

• Understanding of NHS optical services and GOC standards

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
