Location: Hybrid / Remote (UK-Based)
Salary: £55,000 £70,000 (DOE)
Job Type: Full-time / Permanent

WLP Recruitment is currently hiring for a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to join a fast-growing digital transformation team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to help scale and streamline the deployment of D365 across business-critical applications using modern DevOps practices.

Role Overview:

You'll be responsible for building and managing CI/CD pipelines, automating deployments, and maintaining environments across Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Power Platform, and Azure DevOps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for D365 using Azure DevOps

• Automate build, test, and deployment processes

• Work closely with development and infrastructure teams

• Manage release cycles and production deployments

• Monitor environment performance and provide DevOps support

• Ensure security, compliance, and configuration standards are upheld

What We're Looking For:

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, CE, Power Platform)

• Solid hands-on knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, Pipelines, and PowerShell

• Understanding of LCS (Lifecycle Services) and D365 build/release processes

• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred)

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
