Responsibilities
- Manage all financial aspects of the clinic, including budgeting, financial planning, and cost management to ensure optimal resource allocation
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review
- Develop, implement, and monitor departmental budgets, providing financial insights to support decision-making
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality, conduct financial analysis, and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure smooth cash flow for clinic operations, including managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management
- Maintain compliance with financial regulations and clinic policies, coordinate audits, and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Identify potential financial risks and create strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the clinics financial stability
- Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members to ensure effective performance and adherence to clinic standards
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certification (CPA, CFA, or equivalent) is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of finance management experience, preferably in healthcare, clinics, or service-oriented industries
- Proficiency in financial management software, accounting systems, and Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of healthcare finance regulations and industry standards
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent leadership and communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
- High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting
