Responsibilities

  • Manage all financial aspects of the clinic, including budgeting, financial planning, and cost management to ensure optimal resource allocation
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review
  • Develop, implement, and monitor departmental budgets, providing financial insights to support decision-making
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality, conduct financial analysis, and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensure smooth cash flow for clinic operations, including managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management
  • Maintain compliance with financial regulations and clinic policies, coordinate audits, and implement corrective actions as necessary
  • Identify potential financial risks and create strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the clinics financial stability
  • Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members to ensure effective performance and adherence to clinic standards

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certification (CPA, CFA, or equivalent) is a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of finance management experience, preferably in healthcare, clinics, or service-oriented industries
  • Proficiency in financial management software, accounting systems, and Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Knowledge of healthcare finance regulations and industry standards
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting
