Job Summary
The Marcom Executive is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing communication strategies that promote the company's brand, products, and services. This role ensures consistent messaging across all channels and supports both online and offline marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, engagement, employer branding and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing communication campaigns
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for campaign execution
- Create and manage content for digital platforms, including social media, email, articles , blogs and website
- Oversee brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels
- Assist in planning and executing events, promotions, and product launches
- Manage relationships with media, vendors, and partners
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations
- Support PR activities, including press releases and media outreach
- Handle basic design and coordination of marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, ads)
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing communications or a similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Creative thinking with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., CRM, analytics, social media platforms)
