Role Summary:

We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Personnel to join our lean team and support recruitment and onboarding. You'll organize data, assist hiring, ensure smooth onboarding/induction, guide training resources, verify suitability, and maintain compliant files. Ideal for recent graduates with skills in process management and data handling, thriving in a collaborative startup.

Key Responsibilities:

- Organize candidate data in ATS, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and track statuses to reduce time-to-hire by 25%.

- Coordinate onboarding, inductions, and resource orientation for 95% compliance and satisfaction.

- Guide employees to training (e.g., AI tutorials) and monitor completion for productivity.

- Assess fit via data/feedback to support retention.

- Maintain accurate files/databases with audits for reporting.

- Develop SOPs, handle urgent issues, and document processes.

- Partner with teams for efficient workflows and data integrity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
