- Adapt tone for job seekers (empathetic, actionable) and employers (strategic, ROI-focused) with behavioral insights.
- Conduct research using studies and data to create credible content positioning Wokolako as a leader.
- Develop multi-format content (e.g., articles, social snippets, emails) and collaborate on calendars.
- Analyze metrics (e.g., Google Analytics) to optimize and A/B test for impact on leads.
- Respond to emerging news and document processes for transparency.
- Partner with teams to align content with brand strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
