Position Overview

The Project Manager for Infrastructure & Facilities leads the planning and execution of all site infrastructure and facility-related works in a large-scale pharmaceutical or industrial development. This role oversees design, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities to ensure alignment with the project master plan and delivery timeline. The position serves as the primary coordinator across internal stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and authorities. The PM ensures technical, regulatory, sustainability, and safety compliance while driving efficient issue resolution and project reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day management of infrastructure and facility workstreams.
  • Oversee design reviews, procurement activities, and construction readiness.
  • Align infrastructure deliverables with project master plans, budget and schedule.
  • Coordinate closely with engineering, operations, HSE, and external partners.
  • Conduct risk identification, mitigation, and change control processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, sustainability, and safety standards.
  • Drive project reporting including progress, cost, and milestone tracking.
  • Resolve site issues and interface clashes to maintain schedule integrity.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 8+ years of relevant project management experience.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure, utilities, and facility systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of EHS, regulatory compliance, and sustainability frameworks.
