Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Business Development Intern to support our commercial and marketing activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development, client engagement, and marketing communications within the pharmaceutical and life sciences consulting industry.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Lead Generation
- Conduct research on target clients, competitors, and industry trends.
- Support development of client databases and outreach strategies.
- Assist in identifying potential business opportunities and partnerships.
Sales & Proposal Support
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client decks.
- Support coordination of meetings and follow-ups with clients and partners.
- Help maintain and update CRM or sales tracking tools.
Marketing & Branding
- Contribute to digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, website, newsletters).
- Draft marketing content such as posts, brochures, and case studies.
- Assist in organizing events, webinars, and promotional activities.
Administrative & Coordination Support
- Support business development reporting and performance tracking.
- Coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Strong interest in business development, marketing, and client engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Canva, HubSpot, or LinkedIn marketing tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
