Overview

- Handle high-volume email and phone communication with tenants, vendors, and internal teams
- Resolve tenant issues in a timely, professional, and solutions-oriented manner
- Coordinate closely with the U.S.-based office for updates, follow-ups, and task execution
- Document and track issues using property management and ticketing systems
- Maintain clear, concise, and professional communication at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management or customer support (required)
- Strong verbal and written English skills
- Comfortable handling high-volume email and phone, and text interactions
- Experience using property management software and ticketing systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to work aligned with a U.S.-based team and follow structured processes
- Ability to do data entry (optional)
