We are seeking a Senior Software Developer with proven full-stack experience to lead the development of high-performing, secure, and scalable systems supporting mission-driven projects.

Location: Remote (Preference for candidates near Newport News, VA)
Salary Range: $107,900 – $195,050 per year

Role Overview:
In this position, you will architect, design, and implement complex software systems using .NET Core, C#, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js. You will collaborate closely with product owners, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver secure, maintainable software. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of backend and frontend development, and the ability to guide projects through the full software lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, code, and optimize full-stack software solutions

• Implement APIs and integrate databases using SQL Server

• Ensure software meets cybersecurity and compliance standards

• Lead code reviews, testing, and release management

• Mentor junior developers and support technical delivery excellence

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of software development experience

• Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and Vue.js or similar frameworks

• Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams
