This role will focus on configuration, testing, and reporting within Workday HCM, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.

Salary Range: $92,300 – $166,850 per year
Role Overview:
The HR Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting and optimizing HR systems through business process design, configuration, and maintenance. This role involves collaborating with HR, payroll, and IT to ensure seamless functionality across multiple modules, while also supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Configure and maintain Workday modules across HCM, Benefits, and Talent

Partner with HR teams to design and test system enhancements

Troubleshoot system issues and manage release updates

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field

5+ years of experience in HR systems administration (Workday preferred)
