About the Role:
We are seeking an accomplished Sr. Sales Executive to join our national remote sales team and lead the acquisition of new enterprise and mid-market clients. In this role, you will own the full sales cycle, develop strong customer relationships, and deliver staffing solutions using our innovative service model, including MSP/Direct Hire/Contingent staffing. Your mission: new client acquisition, market share growth, and revenue acceleration.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new client opportunities across the U.S., including enterprise (Fortune 1000) and mid-market organizations

Manage complex sales cycles, engage multiple decision makers, and close large deals

Onboard new clients and ensure smooth transition from sale to execution

Maintain and grow relationships with prospects and customers, ensuring client satisfaction and retention

Attend industry conferences and events (23 times per year) to build networks and drive business growth
Required Qualifications:

7+ years of proven sales success in professional staffing services (IT, Finance & Accounting, Engineering) with mid-market and enterprise clients

Demonstrated experience selling MSP, RPO, VMS, or related staffing models (not light industrial or healthcare staffing)

Strong network and relationships in talent acquisition, procurement, or MSP environments

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Techsavvy: comfortable with Zoom, CRM (Dynamics preferred), MS Office Suite
