We're seeking a Civil Engineering EIT who's eager to gain hands-on design experience, work closely with senior engineers, and advance into a leadership role within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in designing and coordinating civil engineering projects under the mentorship of senior engineers.

  • Prepare and review plans, reports, and technical documentation to ensure high-quality project delivery.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve engineering challenges and meet client goals.

  • Participate in client, contractor, and municipal meetings.

  • Receive active support for your PE licensure and professional growth.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required)

  • EIT certification in Texas (or ability to obtain within 6 months)

  • 2-6 years of relevant experience in civil/site design

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (Bentley software experience a plus)

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
