About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Account Executive - Employee Benefits to develop and manage key client relationships within the insurance and benefits sector. In this role, you'll identify new business opportunities, lead strategic account management, and provide consultative solutions that help clients manage risk and maximize value for their employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and referrals

  • Manage and grow a book of business by delivering exceptional client service

  • Analyze and design insurance and benefits solutions tailored to client needs

  • Collaborate with internal client service and advisory teams to ensure seamless execution

  • Stay informed of market trends, carrier updates, and regulatory changes

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or client advisory roles within the insurance, employee benefits, or professional services industries

  • Bachelor's degree required (Business, Finance, or related field preferred)

  • Proven success in business development and client relationship management

  • Strong consultative sales and presentation skills

  • Life & Health License (or willingness to obtain within 60 days)

  • CEBS designation a plus

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
