Pay: $25 - $28/hour + Overtime after 40 hrs
Hiring Radius: Must live within 50 miles of Lafayette, IN
Experience Needed: 18 months flatbed
Freight: Engines, generators, radiators; live load/unload

Position Overview

A premium-paying local flatbed shuttle lane offering overtime, stable hours, and home-daily consistency.

What You'll Do

• Haul flatbed shuttle loads within Lafayette and surrounding areas

• Strapping + securement required

• Optional dry van on day shift

Driver Requirements

• Must have at least 6 months to 1 year of verified flatbed experience

• Must be able to strap/secure loads

• Weekend availability required

Disqualifications:

• DUI/DWI in the last 5 years

• Drug/alcohol test refusal or failure (Clearinghouse not cleared)

• More than 2 moving violations (12 months) or 3 (36 months)

• More than 1 preventable accident in the last 12 months

• Felonies involving violence/theft in the last 7 - 10 years

• Unverifiable work history or safety-related terminations

• Living outside the 50-mile hiring radius
