Job Title: Design Engineer
Location: Greenville, SC | Full-Time | Direct Hire
Compensation: $90,000$125,000 + 10% Bonus | Relocation Provided

Overview:
We're hiring a Design Engineer to lead the design, development, and validation of Gasoline Direct Injection (GDI) fuel injector product lines. The ideal candidate has hands-on injector design experience, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with automotive design validation and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead GDI injector design projects from concept through PPAP readiness

• Develop and correlate spray and flow test methods (Baton, Loccioni, OEM correlation)

• Create detailed engineering drawings and specifications

• Coordinate with manufacturing for design optimization and launch readiness

• Conduct design validation (DV) testing and problem-solving using root cause analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• 5+ years in fuel injector design (2+ in GDI)

• Proficiency with CAD (Creo preferred) and tolerance analysis

• Experience with DFMEA, APQP, and PPAP

• Strong communication and organizational skills
