 Job Description:

We are looking for a canididate to work Part-Time in an estate agent as an office administrator. The role involves managing and coordinating various tasks and responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of an office or business environment.

Requirements:

  • Must be highly organised to manage various tasks, schedules, and responsibilities efficiently. Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining accurate records and managing office resources.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as word processing, spreadsheet software, and email, is essential. Familiarity with office management software and other relevant tools is also beneficial.
  • Preferably, native English with a good level of Spanish and other languages is a bonus.
  • IMPORTANT: Must live within a 30-minute radius.
  • Own a car and be a holder of a driving licence.
