Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Executive Intern to support the planning, coordination, and execution of media and advertising projects. This opportunity is ideal for a graduate who has completed NYSC and is interested in building a career in project management, with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of client projects from start to completion.

Assist with project timelines, schedules, deliverables, and documentation.

Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure deadlines are met.

Support client communication and provide project updates.

Assist in monitoring project budgets, quality, and deliverables.

Identify and escalate project issues or delays to the appropriate team lead.

Provide administrative and operational support to the project team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.

Must have completed NYSC.

Genuine interest in building a career in Project Management, particularly within the media and advertising industry.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Good attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Must be willing to work fully onsite in Allen, Ikeja, Lagos.
