Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement innovative and comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals to deliver high-impact results.
  • Brand Management: Oversee and maintain brand integrity across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute effective marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Digital Marketing: Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (social media, email, web, etc.).
  • Social Media Management: Handle daily operations of social media accounts, growing engagement and followers organically.
  • Content Creation: Produce and edit engaging visual content (reels, videos, skits, ads) tailored to audience and platform trends.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure strong ROI on campaigns and activities.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Analyze industry trends, market data, and performance metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing strategies with broader business goals.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 58 years of proven experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to develop and execute both short-term and long-term marketing strategies.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated success in managing and motivating a team.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficient in analyzing market trends and campaign performance.
  • Creative Skills: Excellent creative thinking and content development skills.
  • Video & Content Creation: Strong video shooting and editing skills (especially for short-form content like reels and skits).
  • Digital Tools: Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, SEO, and email marketing platforms.
  • Design Proficiency: Skilled in design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Portfolio: Must provide a portfolio or examples of previous marketing content and campaigns.
