Work Days: Monday – Saturday (8am-6pm)

Job Summary

We are seeking a smart, customer-focused, and organized Customer Relations Officer to manage customer interactions, bookings, inventory coordination, and guest service operations of a serviced apartment. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer experience while supporting smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage customer inquiries, bookings, and reservations professionally.

* Provide excellent customer service and resolve client complaints promptly.

* Handle general welfare of the customers.

* Monitor and manage inventory records and stock availability.

* Maintain accurate booking and customer records.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

* Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in any relevant discipline.

* Minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service, hospitality, guest relations, or similar roles.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic inventory or booking systems.

* Must be professional, well-presented, and customer-oriented.

* Experience using POS or hotel/property management systems is an added advantage.

* Must possess empathy, patience, adaptability, and excellent problem-solving skills.

* Female candidates are preferred for gender balance.
