Job Purpose
To drive sales growth and market penetration of edible oil products, manage distributors and retail networks, ensure effective stock management, and deliver on sales targets while maintaining compliance and strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
· Achieve monthly sales volume and growth targets for edible oil in the assigned area.
· Manage distributors/channel partners, ensuring performance growth, range selling, and zero debt exposure.
· Expand the customer base across wholesale and retail outlets within the territory.
· Ensure effective coverage, outlet expansion, and adherence to company sales processes.
· Monitor distributor stock levels, enforce FIFO, and ensure proper product storage.
· Gather market intelligence and report competitor activities.
· Ensure accountability for promotional materials and company resources.
· Prepare and submit monthly work plans and performance reports.
· Maintain confidentiality and compliance in all data handling.
Qualifications
· Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
· 5-8 years proven sales experience in FMCG, with a strong track record in selling edible oil products.
· Solid understanding of FMCG distribution, retail sales, and territory/channel management.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting systems.
· Target-driven, analytical, and willing to travel frequently.
