Job Profile:
Champion the articulation and development of human resources policies and procedures; ensuring alignment with the overall strategy and business
objectives.
Provide overall guidance and direction on the execution of the department's functions and activities.
Champion the planning and forecasting of the company's workforce requirements, including tracking and monitoring of the company's manning levels.
Develop a credible performance management system and drive the coordination of performance management activities within the organization ensuring it is fair, objective, transparent and merit-
driven.
Drive the implementation of a robust learning and development framework and ensure the HR team liaises with the various business units across to identify and establish programmes to bridge identified gaps.
Intervene and assist in resolving complex employee issues, disciplinary cases, appeals, and HR related service delivery issues.
Periodically update the organisation structure and manning levels in line with organisation's strategy and industry peculiarities.
Oversee compensation and benefits administration,ensuring it follows organisation policy and required tax laws, regulations etc.
Ensure all physical assets (e.g. buildings, furniture, office equipment, etc.) are properly maintained and secure.
Ensure effective coordination of outsourced services, such as transport, dispatch, canteen, and clinic services.
Minimum Requirements
First degree or its equivalent in Industrial
Relations, Human Resources Management or any relevant discipline Master's degree in relevant Social/Management Sciences, and other related discipline is an added advantage
Professional certification in HR Management e.g. Senior Professional in HR
(SPHR), Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), etc., is required
Minimum of 15 years relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role
management role
