About the Role
Our Client is expanding its poultry operations and seeking a Hatchery Supervisor to support the Hatchery Manager in delivering excellent hatchery performance and high-quality day-old chicks.

Responsibilities
· Oversee daily hatchery operations: egg setting, candling, transfer, hatching, and chick dispatch.
· Operate and monitor automated incubators/hatchers, reporting issues.
· Enforce hygiene and biosecurity standards.
· Train and supervise hatchery staff.
· Keep accurate hatchery records and monitor chick quality.
· Assist with planning, reporting, and smooth chick deliveries.

Requirements
· Diploma/Bachelors in Animal Science, Poultry Science, Veterinary Medicine, or related field.
· 3-5 years experience in a commercial hatchery.
· Knowledge of automated incubation systems (e.g., Petersime, Jamesway, ChickMaster).
· Strong grasp of hatchery hygiene and chick handling.
· Supervisory experience is an advantage.
