Job Title: AI Developer

Salary: 80,000 – 90,000 BDT/month
Job Type: Full-Time (CET Hours)
Location: Remote (WFH)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AI Developer with strong full-stack capabilities to design, develop, and deploy scalable applications. The ideal candidate will have solid backend expertise in Python, experience with AI coding tools, and the ability to work efficiently in a remote, English-speaking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications with a focus on backend systems.

• Build and manage APIs using Python frameworks such as Flask, Django, or FastAPI.

• Collaborate on AI-driven development workflows using modern AI coding tools.

• Manage codebases using Git and follow best practices for version control.

• Deploy and maintain applications on Google Cloud Platform.

• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of applications.

Requirements:

• English fluency must be 10/10

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development.

• Strong full-stack development experience.

• Proficiency in Python (Flask, Django, or FastAPI).

• Experience with AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code or similar).

• Hands-on experience with Git and version control systems.

• Experience deploying applications to Google Cloud services.

• Experience in data engineering concepts (e.g., data products, data mesh).

• Experience working with Google BigQuery.
