Role Overview

We are looking for a performance-driven Media Buyer to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). The ideal candidate is data-focused, understands audience targeting, and can consistently drive ROI through paid channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms
  • Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign strategy development
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
  • Monitor budgets and ensure efficient ad spend allocation
  • Track and report campaign performance using analytics tools
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams for high-performing ad assets

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Media Buyer or Performance Marketer
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics and KPIs
  • Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and tracking setups
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good English communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with TikTok Ads or other paid platforms
  • Background in eCommerce or lead generation campaigns
  • Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint
