Role Overview
We are looking for a performance-driven Media Buyer to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). The ideal candidate is data-focused, understands audience targeting, and can consistently drive ROI through paid channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign strategy development
- Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
- Monitor budgets and ensure efficient ad spend allocation
- Track and report campaign performance using analytics tools
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams for high-performing ad assets
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Media Buyer or Performance Marketer
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics and KPIs
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and tracking setups
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good English communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with TikTok Ads or other paid platforms
- Background in eCommerce or lead generation campaigns
- Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint
