Salary: 25,000 BDT - 40,000 BDT

Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant who thrives on data, organization, and proactive problem-solving! You will support the Account Management and Operations teams by reviewing and analyzing performance across over 140 active digital marketing accounts. This role is diagnostic (not execution-based) focused on uncovering performance trends, flagging issues, and providing data-driven insights across PPC, SEO, and CRM platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review PPC and SEO accounts bi-weekly to detect performance wins or concerns

  • Spot major changes in ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and evaluate their impact

  • Generate detailed reports with notes and internal recommendations

  • Send immediate alerts on performance spikes/drops to leadership

  • Analyze successful campaigns to identify strategies that can be replicated

  • Conduct light SEO audits and verify updates across GMB, blogs, backlinks

  • Assist with onboarding tasks and client follow-ups for pending assets

  • Maintain ClickUp boards for accurate task tracking and follow-ups

  • QA campaign launches and track vendor deliverables

  • Keep a Red Flag Tracker updated and escalate issues when needed

Performance Expectations

  • Maintain bi-weekly review cadence for all assigned accounts

  • Flag and report performance shifts within 24 hours

  • Ensure accuracy in reporting and all internal documentation

  • Keep ClickUp boards and trackers up-to-date at all times

  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers, vendors, and the internal team

Required Qualifications

Education:

  • Formal degree not required, but coursework in Marketing, Business, or Data Analytics is a strong plus

Experience:

  • 1-3 years in digital marketing, PPC/SEO support, or similar roles

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal & written English is a must and high attention to detail

  • Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GoHighLevel CRM

  • Familiar with Ahrefs, GA4, and Google Tag Manager

  • Proficient in ClickUp and Google Sheets

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to data accuracy
