Role: Cold-Calling Specialist (Potential to Full Sales Role or Sales Manager Role)

Salary: 33000 - 55000 BDT/Month ++ Sales Commission

Location: Remote (WFH)

Working Hours: Must be available to work during US business hours.

Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls (USA & Europe) to potential leads based on provided scripts.
• Qualify leads and set up appointments.
• Present the company services in a clear and compelling way.
• Update CRM with daily call logs, notes, and follow-ups.
• Once trained and proven, handle the full sales cycle (including closing deals).

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken English (10/10 proficiency) with an American/British accent.
• Willingness to sell and learn quickly.
• Clear and confident phone manner.
• Ability to work US-based hours.
• Basic computer skills (CRM updates, follow-up emails, etc.).
• Reliable internet connection and phone setup.
