About the Role
Our American client is looking for a CRM & Data Administrator to join their company. The ideal candidate will manage and maintain customer, contract, and billing data using the CRM and ERP platform. This role requires high accuracy, consistency, and an analytical mindset to ensure data integrity and support daily operations. Our client uses Sparkplug Dashboard, which functions as both a CRM and ERP platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, organize, and maintain customer and contract records using the Sparkplug Dashboard
- Input new customer details, including invoices and account information derived from energy bills
- Regularly update and clean existing data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Generate and export customer and contract lists for production and reporting purposes
- Ensure all datasets are properly structured, reliable, and ready for sales and operational use
- Collaborate with internal teams to support data needs for reporting and decision-making
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry, management, and organization
- Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets (data lists, data cleaning, formatting, reporting)
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial and contract information
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to CRM/ERP systems
- 10/10 English Fluency (written and verbal) for clear coordination and updates
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience in the energy or utilities sector
- Familiarity with invoices, financial data, or contract-based systems
- Prior experience using CRM or ERP platforms, especially Sparkplug.
