About the Role
RemoteIntegrity is launching a professional Trackmania esports team backed by funding, sponsorship experience, and a full creative department.
Were looking for a Bangladeshi Esports Operations Manager to organize and manage everything related to our Trackmania division including players, designers, editors, social media, and partnerships.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated fresher or university student who wants to grow in the esports and management field. You dont need to be an expert in Trackmania well train you but you must be organized, proactive, and comfortable using Discord and online tools.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the Trackmania division (players, designers, editors, social media team)
Ensure social media accounts are active and consistent, coordinating closely with the Social Media Manager and Designer
Track deadlines, content calendars, and performance updates
Help prepare sponsorship and partnership reports and ensure brand deliverables are completed
Manage tournament registrations, scrims, and communication with event organizers
Maintain organized internal records and weekly reports
Communicate daily via Discord, ClickUp, and Google Workspace

Requirements
Extensive Discord experience (moderation, communication, team management, or community activity)
Esports or gaming background any title or event experience counts
Excellent English communication (spoken and written)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Comfortable managing communication between players, creative staff, and management
Proficient with Google Sheets and productivity tools

Preferred (Not Required)
Experience following or playing Trackmania
Prior work in esports coordination, community management, or marketing
Familiarity with sponsorships or partner management
