About the Role:We are now recruiting for a number of Moot Mentors within 16th World Scout Moot Planning Team.
What is a Moot Mentor?
A Moot Mentor is someone who might have experience in certain areas that would be willing to support someone who has less experience as they adventure along their Scouting Trail in a particular role within the WSM 2021 Planning Team.
Our vision is that as we recruit more individuals into the various Planning Team roles, a Moot Mentor might be on hand to help that person on their journey – the time commitment is somewhat flexible. It might be that you mentor for a short time period – helping a lot at the beginning of the Planning Team member’s appointment, or it may be that you mentor over an extended period of time with less intensity – you and your mentee(s) can figure that out together along with the support of other members of the Moot Team, if appropriate.

Do you have experience (either inside or outside Scouting) in any of the following areas:
· Volunteer Support
· Contingent Support
· Information Management
· External Stakeholder Management
· Infrastructure & Logistics
· Communications & Marketing
· Other area not listed here?
Are you willing to work with and develop another person?
Are you able to communicate with others in an open manner while also delivering constructive feedback?Terms of Appointment:
