  • Establish, review and maintain a graded risk register.
  • Provide regular reporting regarding safety management and risk to the Core Team and other key stakeholders (internal and external to the 16th WSM team).
  • Support adherence to all event planning compliance, as identified and required by the event licence.

  • Are you able to lead, train and mentor others in a team environment?
  • Do you have a variety of skills that can be applied to this role while also gaining experience and learning on the job?

Time commitment:

  • This role will require a significant investment in time, from 2021 right through to the Moot itself, and post-Moot review.
  • This role will entail continuous remote and face-to-face meetings (in Ireland, pending easing of COVID-19 restrictions) both on evenings and weekends.
  • It is likely that this role will also entail meetings (face-to -face and virtual, as appropriate) with relevant external bodies.
  • The successful individual(s) will also be expected to attend the Moot event in its entirety and will likely need to be available in the days prior/post Moot for logistical and delivery purposes.
