Associate Partner Client Success | Remote Philippines-Based | Part-Time (~20 hrs/week)
Were seeking a highly organized, proactive Associate Partner for Client Success to support a US-based consulting firm focused on sustainable growth and operational excellence.
This is a sales-first, marketing-support role designed for someone who thrives on driving new opportunities, building client relationships, and keeping business operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Engagement (Primary Focus)
- Build and maintain a structured database of 200 + qualified leads.
- 
Conduct outreach, follow-ups, and relationship nurturing to keep the pipeline active. 
- 
Support proposal preparation, CRM updates, and sales reporting. 
- 
Engage in LinkedIn and industry networks to identify warm leads. 
- 
Coordinate client meetings, agendas, and follow-up communications. 
Marketing & Brand Support (Secondary Focus)
- Manage LinkedIn and Instagram pages with consistent, professional updates.
- 
Create and maintain a rolling content calendar aligned with business goals. 
- 
Draft posts, highlight client stories, and monitor engagement. 
- 
Suggest improvements to increase visibility and reach. 
Website & Brand Presence
- Platform used by client: WIX.
- Review and refine website copy for clarity, tone, and alignment with brand messaging.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all pages; update content regularly (testimonials, case studies).
- Collaborate on content layout and formatting to maintain a clean, polished digital presence.
What Success Looks Like
- Steady and well-managed sales pipeline with consistent lead activity.
- 34 LinkedIn posts published weekly with measurable engagement growth.
- 
100 % on-time delivery of meeting notes, follow-ups, and reports. 
- Executive time saved weekly through structured support. 
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, marketing operations, or client success.
- Excellent written and spoken English; confident communicator.
- 
Proven ability in sales coordination, marketing, or client support. 
- 
Strong organization, attention to detail, and initiative. 
- 
Comfortable using Google Workspace, CRM tools (HubSpot, Notion, or Airtable), and LinkedIn. 
- 
Prior experience supporting consulting, marketing, or executive operations is a plus. 
Working Hours & Compensation
- Part-time (~20 hours/week)
- 
Initial 6-month contract, extendable based on performance 
- 
Occasional overlap with U.S. Pacific Time (56 PM PST / 89 AM PHT) 
- Compensation: $1,000 - $1,200 USD per month, based on experience and performance
