Job description
We are seeking motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) with at least 2+ years of proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales. This role will focus on the APAC region, requiring excellent communication, research, and relationship-building skills to connect with prospects, qualify leads, and create opportunities for the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and prospect new business opportunities within the APAC region.
- 
Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to engage potential customers. 
- 
Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and aligning them with company solutions. 
- 
Work closely with Account Executives and the sales team to build a strong pipeline and schedule meetings/demos. 
- 
Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on inbound leads and campaigns. 
- 
Maintain accurate records of activities, prospects, and opportunities in the CRM system. 
- 
Consistently meet and exceed monthly KPIs for qualified leads and meetings booked. 
- 
Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity in the APAC region. 
- 
Provide feedback to marketing and sales leadership to improve outreach strategies and sales messaging. 
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in any field (preferred but not required).
- 
2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Inside Sales. 
- 
Familiarity with outbound sales tools, CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and lead research platforms. 
- 
Strong communication and presentation skills in English (additional APAC languages are a plus). 
- 
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment. 
- 
Willingness to work flexible hours to align with both US time zone and APAC prospects. 
- 
A team player with the ability to collaborate across departments. 
Working hours
- Full-time, remote role.
- 
Work primarily on US time zone, with flexibility to adjust for APAC outreach. 
Compensation
- $900 - $1500 per month (final amount based on evaluation during the interview and clients confirmation) Compensation will be provided in US Dollars.
