Job description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a CSR, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries, issues, and concerns are resolved in a timely and professional manner. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and strengthening our company's reputation.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, returns, and troubleshooting via phone, email, or live chat.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on providing a positive experience.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products and services to offer accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Communicate with customers clearly, both verbally and in writing, ensuring a friendly, professional, and empathetic tone.
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns as needed.
  • Ensure that customer inquiries are followed up promptly and resolve any ongoing concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM or ticketing system.
  • Work closely with the sales, technical support, and other departments to resolve issues efficiently and improve customer service processes.
  • Gather customer feedback to help improve our products, services, and internal processes.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent. A college degree is a plus.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency with customer service software, CRM systems, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Working hours
  • Work full time on US time zone.
  • Ability to work remotely.
Compensation
  • $1000  per month (final amount based on evaluation during the interview and clients confirmation) Compensation will be provided in US Dollars.
