Real Estate Virtual Assistant (Remote Philippines-Based)

Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Transaction Coordination
- Manage and organize property listings, client databases, and transaction files.
- Oversee contract deadlines, ensuring timely completion of paperwork and compliance.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing real estate contracts, agreements, and disclosures.
- Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and closing schedules with all involved parties.
Client & Lead Management
- Respond to inquiries from buyers, sellers, and tenants professionally and promptly.
- Manage CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Buildium) to track leads and client interactions.
- Set up and confirm appointments for property showings, meetings, and closings.
Marketing & Social Media Support
- Assist in creating, scheduling, and managing social media content for property listings and brand promotion.
- Update website listings, property descriptions, and marketing materials.
- Conduct market research and compile reports on real estate trends and competitor analysis.
Data Entry & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of property transactions, client details, and financial reports.
- Prepare spreadsheets, presentations, and detailed reports as requested.
Skills & Qualifications
- Real Estate Knowledge: Familiarity with US real estate processes, MLS platforms, and contract management.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Google Workspace, MS Office Suite, and CRM tools.
- Excellent Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills.
- Time Management: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Experience: At least 2+ years as a Virtual Assistant in a real estate role or related administrative support.
Working Hours & Compensation
- Full-time, Remote (Philippines-based)
- US Time Zone (availability required)
- Competitive Salary: $900 $1,200 USD per month (based on experience & expertise)
