We're Hiring | Senior HR Lead

We're looking for a strategic and experienced Senior HR Lead to lead our Human Resources function and partner with leadership in building a high-performance organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead HR strategy and align people initiatives with business objectives.

* Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations.

* Drive organizational development, employee engagement, and culture initiatives.

* Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.

* Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and learning & development initiatives.

* Analyze HR metrics and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.

* Lead HR process improvement initiatives and mentor the HR team.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

* HR certification (SHRM, PHR/SPHR, or CIPD) is an advantage.

* 10+ years of progressive HR experience.

* 4+ years in an HR leadership role.

* Proven expertise in HR strategy, talent management, organizational development, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.

* Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
