Content Team Lead.

The role is responsible for developing and executing a content strategy aligned with Woroods brand identity, marketing objectives, and seasonal campaigns. This includes planning and managing monthly content calendars across digital platforms, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and visual direction, and collaborating closely with the marketing team to transform campaign goals into impactful content ideas.

The Content Team Lead will oversee and support the content team, including copywriters, designers, and media production members, while providing creative direction across storytelling, campaigns, social media content, product highlights, and brand moments. The role involves leading creative processes for photoshoots, reels, videos, and editorial content, while continuously driving innovation in formats and creative approaches.

Additionally, the position works closely with marketing to align content with performance goals, analyze campaign results, support product launches and sales initiatives, and stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity. Responsibilities also include reviewing and approving content, optimizing it for digital platforms and SEO, tracking KPIs, and generating insights for improvement.

Candidates should hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field, have 4–7 years of experience in content or marketing roles, proven team leadership experience, strong creativity, excellent leadership skills, solid copywriting abilities, and the capacity to analyze and improve content performance.
