Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and support the company's hiring needs across the organization.
The role will be responsible for recruiting both blue-collar and white-collar employees, managing high-volume recruitment, sourcing qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring vacancies are filled within the required timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening to selection, offer, and onboarding.
Handle multiple vacancies across different departments and levels.
Recruit both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
Ensure vacancies are filled within agreed recruitment timelines.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
High-Volume Recruitment
Manage high-volume and mass recruitment according to business requirements.
Develop effective sourcing strategies to meet hiring targets.
Support recruitment requirements related to business growth, expansion, and urgent manpower needs.
Manage multiple recruitment priorities simultaneously.
Sourcing & Candidate Screening
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, recruitment agencies, and other sourcing channels.
Conduct CV screening and initial candidate assessments.
Conduct phone and online screening interviews.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future vacancies.
Identify and engage passive candidates for relevant positions.
Interviews & Selection
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct competency-based and behavioral interviews when required.
Evaluate candidates based on job requirements and company standards.
Collect and communicate interview feedback.
Prepare candidate shortlists and recommendations for hiring managers.
Ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates.
Offers & Onboarding
Prepare and communicate job offers to selected candidates.
Support salary discussions and offer negotiations within approved salary ranges.
Follow up with candidates throughout the notice period and until joining.
Coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding with the HR team.
Hiring Manager Support
Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Clarify job requirements and candidate profiles.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
Advise hiring managers on candidate availability and market expectations.
Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.
Recruitment Reporting
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and/or ATS records.
Prepare regular recruitment reports.
Monitor key recruitment metrics, including:

Time to Fill
Number of Vacancies
Number of Hires
Offer Acceptance Rate
Recruitment Sources
Recruitment Pipeline
Identify recruitment challenges and recommend improvements.
Recruitment Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
Develop and maintain recruitment best practices and templates.
Build relationships with external recruitment sources and agencies.
Stay updated on recruitment trends and market practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4–6 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
Previous experience in Retail, Fashion, FMCG, E-commerce, Hospitality, or other high-volume industries is preferred.
Proven experience in both blue-collar and white-collar recruitment.
Strong experience in high-volume and mass recruitment.
Excellent sourcing and candidate screening skills.
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, ATS/recruitment systems, and sourcing tools.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
