Office Services Manager
Job Description:
A global law firm are looking to hire an experienced Office Manager for their Hong Kong office. Reporting to the Regional COO you will be responsible for the day to day running of the operations of the Hong Kong office including office leases, office refurbishments, office expenditure and supplier contracts. You will also be responsible for secretarial team management as well as managing the Office Services team.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and team building skills are essential. Prior experience managing a team required.
- Practical experience in office administration management as well as management experience, preferably in a legal environment.
- Experience managing lease arrangements and obligations including experience around premises fit out and relocation.
- Ability to operate with minimum supervision, and to work cooperatively with all members of the network as required.
- Strong IT skills and awareness and understanding of current technologies.
- Experience dealing with senior stakeholders
- Good verbal and written communication together with strong organisational skills
