A top UK law firm are looking for a junior capital markets associate for their team in Singapore.  You will play a key role in advising international clients on debt and equity capital raisings, regulatory compliance, and market-shaping deals. • 1- 4 PQE (UK scale)
  
• Common law or US qualified with prior capital markets experience gained at a top tier law firm.
• Excellent drafting skills together with strong commercial acumen are essential.
