The role will offer the opportunity to work on both equity capital markets and public takeovers for an established corporate partner advising leading financial institutions. 

Requirements

• Top academics from a leading Hong Kong or US University 
• Solid training from an international or US law firm 
• Hong Kong or US qualified 
• NQ-2 PQE
• Fluent English and Mandarin
