A highly regarded International law firm are seeking Capital Markets lawyers to join their Hong Kong team. You will be involved in a wide range of ECM transactions and some DCM transactions. 

Requirements

• Hong Kong qualified lawyer with at least 1 PQE in capital markets work
• Strong academics 
• proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential
• Whilst experience from an international firm is preferable candidates from top local and PRC law firms with solid experience are encouraged to apply.
