A top US law firm is seeking an M and A associate to join their leading Korea practice known for advising top-tier private equity sponsors and corporate clients on high-stakes, cross-border transactions across Asia-Pacific.

Candidates should ideally have at least 2 PQE with experience focused on M&A/PE, gained at a top-tier international or leading Korean law firm. Native Korean speaker required, together with a strong academic record and excellent legal research, drafting, analytical and client communication skills.
