Job Site Manager - Residential/Commercial Painting

We're growing and looking for a Jobsite Manager / Painting Crew Leader to join our professional painting business serving the areas of Windsor and Essex County.

PAINTING JOB SITE MANAGER

$25-30/hour

Were looking for a leader to oversee one of our painting crews (3-5+ people) on job sites to ensure optimal performance, productivity and quality. You have 5+ years of Professional Painting experience as well as 1+ year of leadership experience in a painting or similar environment (construction, home services, etc.).

What you'll do:

• Ensure all necessary products, paints and equipment are loaded into the van for the job

• Get to the job site, review the project with the crew, and assign duties

• Ensure the team is set up for optimal productivity and safety

• Review work and participate in painting or other duties to keep projects moving on time

• Provide coaching and feedback for junior crew members

• Interact with customers and ask for referrals and reviews at the end of the project

• Issue work orders and capture payments at the conclusion of the job

• Liaise with the Owner to update on project

Requirements:

Must have 5+ years of professional painting industry experience. 1+ year of leadership experience in a relevant industry. You have a great attitude. A valid drivers license and reliable transportation to get you to and from job sites with.
