工作内容：

1.司机运营新司机:对于注册后未接单司机持续促活未加群的及时通知加群，老司机:对于已接单后续沉默司机持续促活。

2. 司机收集和问题的解决

3. 能跟司机沟通、执行力强、能管理兼职

New driver activation and existing driver reactivation through targeted operational strategies.

Conduct time-based data analysis and broadcast core transportation capacity metrics.

Proactively resolve driver-related issues (e.g., disputes, technical support).

招聘要求
Recruitment Requirements

Mandatory:
- Fluent in Chinese with professional translation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel formulas, pivot tables).

Preferred:
- Prior experience in ride-hailing driver communication.
- Background in operations management and data-driven decision-making.

Working Conditions:
Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 6:00PM
