用户运营专员 User Operations Specialist

• Manage and support user engagement operations across different stages of the user lifecycle.
• Monitor user activity, feedback, and retention metrics to inform operational strategies.
• Assist in executing user acquisition and retention campaigns (optional).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, customer support) to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Maintain and manage user data using tools such as MySQL and generate actionable insights.
• Support ad-hoc reporting and automation tasks using Python (optional).
• Provide language support in Khmer and English, with Chinese as a plus.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in MySQL, ability to write queries and analyze data.
• Experience or understanding of campaign operations is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Python for scripting or data automation is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in Khmer and English (Chinese is a bonus).
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, with a proactive and analytical mindset.

Working Conditions:
Monday-Friday 8:00-18:00
